Amid rain, dozens of people gathered and paid tribute to Sandhya in a vigil on Thursday evening. The community also demanded through a petition that Seattle department of transportation to put the traffic sign/ flashing light on the crossing. Sandhya Khadka, a 17 year old Nepalese girl was killed while crossing the road in North Seattle [See the news here]
