The Northwest Sherpa Association (NWSA) is hosting a fundraiser dinner on Sunday 7th of June 2014 to assist the survivors and families of the Everest avalanche tragedy victims. All the proceeds collected from this dinner will be provided to the families and survivors.
According to the organizer, there is no cover charge for the dinner. Any amount of donation be accepted gratefully accepted. The Sherpa Community from the Greater Seattle area will provide homemade Sherpa and Nepali delicacies.
You will also get a chance to hear from our guest speakers who are local Sherpa and American climbers. They were part of the rescue operation after the avalanche.
